Backed by positive psychology and extensive leader interviews, we know sustained performance is not driven by effort alone - it depends on recovery, emotional regulation, and the conditions leaders return to each day.


Many leaders feel successful at work, yet drained and disconnected at home. That tension silently erodes performance.

Leadership at Home is a leadership performance intervention that equips leaders to intentionally lead themselves, their relationships, and the environments that most influence their capacity.


This is not a parenting course. It is a leadership development approach grounded in positive psychology and evidence-based tools.

The Leadership at Home Framework

Leadership at Home is delivered through a framework that supports leaders to intentionally lead the environments and relationships that most influence leadership capacity.

The framework develops three core leadership capabilities:
